EZegress planned and installed two basement egress windows for our home–one large slider and one casement window. The quality of the windows is excellent. The quality of the window wells (one fiberglass and one steel–both with safety covers) is also excellent. But what stands out most is the professionalism of the team and how the team members work together. EZegress has a process that’s surprisingly neat and tidy–which is no small feat, given the amount of material both coming out and going in. This is the kind of company that’s a pleasure to work with.

Mike gave a detailed estimate, reusing my cover and ladder to save me money. My egress window well was collapsing from the sides and needed replaced ASAP. The crew came in, saw what the work was and decided to dig it by hand to save my landscaping and grass by not using the backhoe. Took them about six hours, but the work was meticulous. Mike and Family (found out the whole crew was extended family) were professional, courteous, and efficient. Plus they saved me well over $1000 from their competitors. The EZegress team did a great job from start to finish. They arrived on time and completed the egress window install same day. The finished basement was protected from dust and debris, and they cleaned up the area inside and out before leaving. After the install you will have to reframe the window if you have a finished basement, but I was able to complete this and I am not a contractor.
