She gave us all of the information we needed to prep (permits, day-of information, etc.) and stayed in regular contact with us until our install date. The day-of install went smoothly and we love our new egress window!

EZegress planned and installed two basement egress windows for our home–one large slider and one casement window. The quality of the windows is excellent. The quality of the window wells (one fiberglass and one steel–both with safety covers) is also excellent. But what stands out most is the professionalism of the team and how the team members work together. EZegress has a process that’s surprisingly neat and tidy–which is no small feat, given the amount of material both coming out and going in. This is the kind of company that’s a pleasure to work with.

Ezegress installed a large 5’x4’ egress in our finished basement. It was finished quickly, looks great and you could not ask for better clean up. The basement was as clean or cleaner than before they started. We were worried about dust, but there was zero! Dana was very helpful in setting things up and answering questions quickly. I do not think that you could ask for a better company to install.

So we had our egress window installed today and are 100% satisfied with the whole process. They arrived at 7:30 am and explained the whole process to us . The EZegress team did a great job from start to finish. They arrived on time and completed the egress window install same day. The finished basement was protected from dust and debris, and they cleaned up the area inside and out before leaving. After the install you will have to reframe the window if you have a finished basement, but I was able to complete this and I am not a contractor.
