The EZegress team did a great job from start to finish. They arrived on time and completed the egress window install same day. The finished basement was protected from dust and debris, and they cleaned up the area inside and out before leaving. After the install you will have to reframe the window if you have a finished basement, but I was able to complete this and I am not a contractor.

We had a egress window put in. The crew was awesome, polite and professional. It was nice having this project done in 1 day. Would highly recommend this company, tell your neighbors you'll get a discount if you do.

Had a basement egress window installed with EZegress recently. My past experiences with contractors have been mixed, but Mike and team were excellent. Highly recommend. Professional, timely,and all work was done quickly, to code, and passed inspection on the first try. Cost seemed to be in line with market rates.The team was even courteous enough to be conscious of plants in the area they needed to dig, temporarily relocating to other areas of the yard. Total time from start to finish for my basement egress was around 6 hours.

I had EZegress windows come out and give me a quote for adding an egress window to my basement. Mike came out and was knowledgeable, professional, on time and generally a pleasure to work with. Mike thoroughly explained the process, options and pricing over the phone, sent me pertinent information regarding permits and codes for me to make an informed decision about sizing and efficiency, and scheduled an appointment to come out and inspect the site so I could properly choose the correct location for the window placement.We took care of the down payment and contract signing immediately and had an install date scheduled the same day.They arrived on time and started work immediately. The three man crew came fully prepared and set up efficiently. I was introduced to Dusty, the foreman who is also one of the owners of the company and his two associates, Cody and Brandon. From the time they arrived to when they finished was less than five hours. They respected my home, and took care not to damage anything. Dusty explained everything that was done, how long to wait for the adhesive materials to properly set, and showed me how the window operates, gave me some finishing tips, and a nice tour of his truck and equipment.I highly recommend this team if you are looking to have an egress window installed and are looking for a low stress option. My basement is finished and I will need to redo the drywall and trim for the window but this was explained to me during the first conversation I had with Mike and I fully understood what I would need to do after the installation was complete.

Mike and his crew are a well oiled machine who come in and knock out the entire process in a snap. They were well organized, clean, professional, and left a high quality product. I’ve sent his information to a few friends already who’ve seen my egress window. Highly recommended.

Mike and Ezegress did an amazing job on our egress window install. He was quick and there was no mess. He exceeded my deadline and expectations. He also had one of the best prices from all of my quotes. I did a lot of quotes too so if they beat his pricing I would make sure you are comparing the same quality of materials and quality of installation.
